News Tweets shows you the latest news headlines from the Twitter feeds of the major news organisations. No Twitter account is required.
Most of the main news organisations has a twitter feed with the latest news headlines and a link to the news story on their website.
News Tweets allows you to pick the news feeds you are interested in and will show you their news headlines as they are posted.
You can then follow the link to a full news story if you see a headline that interests you.
As Twitter postings are a maximum of 140 characters long, this is a quick and easy way to see what is going on in the world.
There are nearly 100 feeds included covering the US, UK, Australia and Canada.
You can also search all the feeds for a particular topic or news story that interests you.
